Made with the freshest ingredients, we specialize in a tender hickory smoked Baby Back or St.Louis style rib, backed by our guarantee "One of the best ribs you will ever taste in your life!" Not only does Pauly’s smoke amazing ribs, he is also known to have a wide selection of other slow smoked meats, full of tremendous flavor such as pulled pork, pulled chicken, beef brisket and whole chickens. Had the "Big Harry's Sampler Platter" today and oooooooweeee I tell you I've had BBQ from the Mid/West, Deep South and East coasts and my taste buds are still on buzz with what I had today. If you haven't tried Pauly's you're missing out. It's definitely a hidden gem! I will be back for more....
Excellent! The pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and Carolina sauce = ������. They are very friendly and customer focused which is impressive considering its been over 100 degrees outside and I'm sure even hotter near that smoker ☀️
